Tony was appointed CEO in May 2020 and is responsible for the strategic and operation leadership of the company.

Prior to joining The Colleges’ Partnership, Tony has held senior leadership roles within large Ofsted grade 1 and 2 Colleges, including most recently as Executive Director at Wiltshire College and University Centre. Tony has worked across all funding streams and provision types, as well as extensively in the private training sector.

Carl has been with TCP since July 2019 and our Director of Army Contracts since August 2022. He has strategic oversite of delivery on; Infantry, Royal Signals, Army Air Corps, Royal Artillery, as well as Cultural and English Language Training at ITC Catterick. A former soldier and officer in the British army, Carl has also held several senior management positions commercially and in the 3rd sector prior to joining TCP.

Monique joined us as Business Support Manager in January 2023 and is responsible for the Data, Contract Admin and Certification Team; also overseeing Business Support projects.

Monique has significant experience in education at delivery, assessment, and managerial levels, most recently holding senior leadership roles within a Special Educational Needs College – focusing on Teaching and Learning and then latterly supporting them in Business Development. She remains the Chair of Governors and Vice Chair of Trustees at a specialist college in a voluntary capacity.

John was appointed Director of Quality & Compliance in November 2021 and is responsible for leading on all internal and external quality assurance and continuous improvement across all income streams.

Prior to joining TCP John enjoyed a very successful Military career completing over 18 years Army service with the Corps of Royal Engineers. He qualified as a Communications Systems Engineer, completing various operational tours to theatres around the world including Germany, Norway, Ireland, Falklands, Bosnia, Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Kuwait. He completed his career as a Military Instructor at the Royal School of Military Engineering, Camberley where he was responsible for the training of over 1,500 military trainees per year.

Ann joined the company as Senior Management Accountant in September 2022. Prior to joining The Colleges’ Partnership, Ann has held senior finance roles within UK and US global Corporations. Ann has extensive experience working across all areas of finance including both large multinationals and family run businesses.

Scott joined the Company in May 2016 as a Temporary HR Assistant and has had the opportunity to make advancements in his career and education during his time with the Company. From HR Officer to his current role as HR Manager working with the Strategic Management Team to lead on the Company’s People Strategy. Building on his prior management knowledge Scott has experience and knowledge across various HR functions, including training and development, performance management, recruitment, employee relations, and health and wellbeing.

Mike joined the company in January 2024 as Head of Business Development for TCP’s Direct Delivery apprenticeship and training offer, and also for Notebook Assessment Services.

Having had a Sales background in Advertising, Publishing, and Retail, Mike has now served in Apprenticeships and the Training Sector for more than 13 years working in both the IT/Digital sector, and in Leadership & Management development programmes. Mike has led teams with different national training providers to support clients in the utilisation of Apprenticeships as part of their talent and development strategies, and to assist in their digital transformation.

Mike now oversees the TCP Business Development team that incorporates the go-to-market strategy, client engagement, account management, and support to client’s apprentice recruitment requirements.
