Overview

The Level 3 Award in Coaching is ideal for practicing or aspiring team leaders and managers who seek to provide a more supportive style of leadership to improve performance. This qualification will develop your capability to act as a workplace coach and your effectiveness at developing those around you.

    • Understanding good practice in workplace coaching

    • Undertaking coaching in the workplace

    • Reflecting on workplace coaching skills

  • 5 Days - Virtual via Teams or classroom delivered.

  • Delegates will be assessed through:

    • The completion of a written work-based assignment.

    • The completion of a coaching diary to record their workplace coaching sessions.

    • A written reflection on their own personal learning and development as a coach.

    • Delegates will also need to carry out at least 6 hours of supervised coaching activity as part of the award.

    • Team Leader Level 3 Apprenticeship

    • Learning Mentor Level 3 Apprenticeship

    • Coaching professional Level 5 Apprenticeship
