  • Contract Manager - Royal Signals

    The Colleges’ Partnership is seeking a dynamic Contract Manager for our Royal Signals contract to lead the delivery of technical apprenticeship provision across military education. This is a key leadership role, responsible for staff performance, learner outcomes, quality compliance, and achieving KPIs set by our stakeholders.

    You’ll work closely with military partners and internal teams to ensure high standards of delivery, strong learner and employer engagement, and continuous improvement across all aspects of the contract.

    What you’ll be doing:

    - Leading the performance of training delivery against contractual KPIs - Managing staffing, caseload allocation, and team development - Driving quality improvement and data accuracy across delivery - Building strong working relationships with military stakeholders - Supporting compliance, audit preparation, and external inspections - Representing the organisation at Army meetings and internal governance forums

  • Assessor - Digital Apprenticeships

    Based in Larkhill, you'll play a vital role in guiding learners through induction, Functional Skills, technical knowledge delivery, and End Point Assessment to support Armed Forces apprentices on digital programmes such as Digital Support Technician.

    This is a hands-on role that combines direct delivery, review activity, learner mentoring, and quality-focused administration. You’ll work closely with a small delivery team, providing individualised support to keep learners on track and motivated.

    What you’ll be doing:

    - Delivering teaching, learning and assessment for digital apprenticeship standards

    - Delivering and supporting Functional Skills (English and Maths) up to Level 2

    - Conducting regular progress reviews and planning meaningful learning

    - Completing and maintaining high-quality, auditable learner records

    - Providing guidance, motivation and mentoring throughout the learner journey

  • Engineering Apprenticeship Tutor

    The Colleges’ Partnership is recruiting a motivated and knowledgeable Engineering Apprenticeship Tutor to deliver the Level 3 MOET programme (and others as appropriate), supporting military learners to achieve success through high-quality delivery, regular progress reviews, and a strong focus on learner engagement.

    You’ll work both independently and collaboratively—delivering blended learning, assessing apprentices, and guiding them towards End Point Assessment with the support of their employer.

    What you’ll be doing:
    - Delivering the MOET apprenticeship programme through 1:1 and group-based sessions
    - Conducting assessments, marking learner work, and providing meaningful feedback
    - Supporting learners with Functional Skills in maths and English (up to Level 2)
    - Carrying out tripartite reviews and maintaining accurate records on e-portfolio systems

    As a Functional Skills Tutor, you’ll deliver intensive courses in English and Maths at L1/L2 which form a key component of Apprenticeship standards. You will be delivering to mixed groups of Soldiers at your base location Bulford, online, and at other military sites when required.

    You will work closely with military learners, using your teaching, assessment, and coaching skills to guide them through their Functional Skills and vocational qualifications, while offering tailored support and feedback.

    What you’ll be doing:
    - Teaching and assessment of Functional Skills English and Maths within intensive courses.
    - Completing and maintaining accurate records of learner attendance, progress, and achievement.

    What you’ll bring:

  • Team Leader - Apprenticeship Induction Centre

    We’re offering an opportunity to become our Apprenticeship Coordinator (Team Leader) for the Royal Signals Induction Centre, based at Blandford Camp with travel as required. This is a leadership and delivery role ideal for someone with sector expertise who can support apprentices, drive quality, and coordinate a team to achieve high standards.

    In this role, you’ll deliver training and support to apprentices while also taking on team leadership duties. You’ll coordinate workload, maintain compliance, liaise with senior stakeholders, and ensure that apprentices receive a high-quality, supportive experience throughout their programme.

    What you’ll be doing:
    - Delivering training, reviews, and Functional Skills to support apprenticeship progression and gateway

    - Assessing apprentice work, providing feedback, and maintaining accurate learner records

    - Mentoring and coaching apprentices, ensuring safeguarding and welfare needs are met

    - Coordinating and overseeing team workload, schedules, and priorities

    - Supporting performance management, professional development, and curriculum planning across the RS team

    - Liaising with contract managers, senior stakeholders, and quality teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement

    - Sector competency in network engineering, digital, or telecoms
